Account Information

How do I cancel my account?
At the moment, you cannot cancel your account yourself. You will have to PM one of our staff or contact support
How do I change my email address?
At the moment, you cannot change your email address yourself. You will have to PM one of our staff or contact support
How do I change my location?
You can change your location by clicking on the button and changing your location from there
Help! I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'I've forgotten my password' link under the login form or click here

Playing Games

What are the minimum specs to play the games?
     Operating System: Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista/7/Mac X 10.4+

     RAM: 512MB+

     Flash Player: Flash 8.0+ - To download the latest version, click here
I can't seem to play any of the games
     Please make sure that you have enabled Java/Javascript and Cookies in your browser.

    Make sure that no script/software are blocking the games.

    Check your security settings. If it's set to high, it might be blocking access to the games. Add 'http://www.thefunstuff.org' to your whitelist.

    You could be navigating to the wrong page. Please contactus to report the broken link/page
How do I get onto the leaderboard?
You get onto the leader board by points. The more points you have, the higher up you are in the leaderboard.
How do I add games to my favourites?
Too add games to your favourites, go to the game which you want to be favorited and click the button. To access your favorited games, navigate to your profile.
I want to share a game with my friend. How?
You can either copy the URL of the game page and give it to your friend, or post it on your social network profile. To do this, simply click button

Points

How do I earn points?
You can earn points in the following way; playing games, commenting on games and rating them
How many points do I get?
Playing games = 2 points; Rating games = 5 points; Posting comments = 10 points
Is there an anti-cheat system?
Yes. You have to play games for 2 minutes+ to get your points. When rating games, you can only rate it once.

Profiles

How do I upload an avatar?
You can upload an avatar by going to your profile by clicking the button. After that, click on button and find your chosen avatar. After, click on the button
What are the maximum dimensions and size of an avatar?
File type: .jpg/.gif/.png; Max file size: 350kb; Max dimensions: 300px x 300px
How do I edit my profile?
Go to your profile and click the button

Safety and Privacy

Profile Privacy
When you create a profile, it is going to be visible to the public including non-members. However, you DO NOT have to fill in all the details. You email, and password will NOT be visible to the public. However, staff will have access to your email.

Do the staff get paid?
No. We do not recieve a constant amount of income to be able to pay staff
How do I become a member of staff?
We will pick them. DO NOT contact us to become staff. We will contact you if we feel that we need more staff.
