This is the official Terms and Conditions agreement for The Fun Stuff ("we", "us", "our" or "the site"), an Internet online gaming site. This Terms and Conditions applies to all areas of The Fun Stuff community.

By signing up, viewing and accessing The Fun Stuff, you are agreeing to following the Terms and Conditions stated below. We also reserve the right to edit this document for any reason in our sole discretion, without prior notice. We will post and/or email you about major changes to the agreement. Once we post the agreement onto the site, it becomes effective immediately.

Age Restrictions
Although we do not target a specific age group, we recommend that any user under the age of 13 shouldn't access The Fun Stuff without parental supervision. Although we do not add any adult games, we cannot be one hundred percent sure that the site is free of any adult material. The games we add however, may contain scenes of violence and political discouragement. You agree that if you assist users under the age of 13 to access The Fun Stuff with your computer, internet enabled device, internet connection and/or facilities (whether owned, leased or borrowed), you will take over full liability for any consequences that may happen to you, other people and your internet enabled device as a result of accessing The Fun Stuff.

Advertisements
From time to time, you may encounter a communication to re-direct, interact with or participate in/or use their services or obtain goods with a third party. All such communications, interactions and participations is strictly between you and the third party. We do not accept any responsibility for any third party advertisers that may appear on The Fun Stuff.

The Fun Stuff does not accept any responsibilities to or from its website and the inclusion of these links does not mean that The Fun Stuff endorses the material or content of these sites.

Members
Users may be banned from accessing The Fun Stuff if they violate the Member's Code of Conduct (as seen below). Although we try our very best to keep The Fun Stuff free from any offensive material, The Fun Stuff is not responsible for the content, actions, chat and/or communications made by the members.

Member's Code of Conduct
All members agree to not;

1. Post and/or distribute any material that we redeem to be abusive, harassing, racially offensive, sexually explicit or encourage any illegal activity.
2. Advertise or sell any product, whether free or for profit.
3. Post, distribute, make available or transmit any software, scripts or any other computer files which may a contain malicious code, virus, spyware, trojan horses, timebombs or any other harmful material or instructions in an attempt to gain access into the files used by The Fun Stuff or to gain personal information of our members that may be stored on our systems.
4. Modify, disrupt or interfere with the features, functions or operation of the site.
5. Engage themselves in any antisocial disruptive and/or destructive acts such as "Spamming" or "Flooding".
